• Get help anytime with clear, straightforward how-to articles and troubleshooting tips.

The Knowledge & Support Center also includes a Get Support button   in the bottom right-hand corner of each page, so you can conveniently reach out to our support team from there when additional help is needed. Support can also be reached by emailing:  techsupport@forcemanagement.com.

Steps to enable browser notifications:

1. Log In to Ascender
2. Select the Site Information Icon on your browser
3. Select Site Settings
4. You will land on the Privacy and Security, scroll down to Notifications, under Permissions and select Allow.
5. Go back to the Ascender tab and you will be prompted to select Reload.
6. That's it! You will then be eligible to begin receiving notifications as they are sent out.
